VISION | OVERVIEW

Biltmore Fashion Park is the original luxury lifestyle center and home to the state’s only Saks Fifth Avenue, surrounded by lush greenery with an eclectic mix of national and local boutiques and award-winning cuisine. Retail offerings include Macy’s, CALYPSO, Apple, Escada, Ralph Lauren, Hyde Park, Pottery Barn, Victoria’s Secret, MAC Cosmetics, Stuart Weitzman, Cole Haan, California Pizza Kitchen, The Capital Grille, Paradise Bakery & Café, and many others.

In 2004, Westcor unveiled its proposed plan to redevelop Biltmore Fashion Park as part of its philosophy of investing – and re-investing – in the community. Phase I is now complete. Phase II of the redevelopment will focus on enhancing the property’s ambiance, architecture, retail mix and the live-work-play and shop environment. Biltmore Fashion Park’s multi-phase redevelopment plan creates a dynamic, pedestrian-scale neighborhood that anchors a vibrant urban core. The center combines an unparalleled shopping and dining experience with a rich heritage, a sophisticated, high-density lifestyle and a vibrant, corporate center.

Phase II plans may include a combination of residential, office and retail components, serviced by new underground parking facilities. Improved access will also be a focus of the project. In 2007, the City of Phoenix completed an underpass linking Biltmore Fashion Park to the south side of Camelback Road, improving pedestrian traffic between the center and surrounding living, office and retail spaces along the Camelback Corridor.
