  • Re-merchandising plan begins

Spring 2007

  • Complete all parking lot improvements and unveil parking lot landscaping
  • Camelback Pedestrian Underpass is completed

Summer/Fall 2007

  • Authenticate the Biltmore Fashion Park merchandising plan with retailer introductions

Fall 2008

  • Completion of Building J, including raised roof lines, modern architecture, new landscaping, modern storefronts and improved accessibility to the East End of the property
